It may be the RV park's tree but if an "Act of God" caused it to fall, then the park is not responsible. If the tree was rotten, should have been removed, and fell because of the rotten wood, then the park could be held responsible, But if the tree was healthy and wind blew it over, then the park cannot be held responsible.
From the picture, it is abundantly apparent that wind blew over a healthy tree, making the RV park immune from liability. It obviously was an "Act of God." I guess God is responsible. Good luck with that law suit!
