A healthy tree on my property blew over and landed on the neighbors DP MH and the patio attached to there house. Lot of damage but Insurance would not pay as it was "act of God" . The Guy payed a Lawyer to take me to Court and lost as the Judge also said "act of God". He turned it into his own Insurance but he had
