BAd driver

On Sept 20 a drunk person rear ended us in our 2013 Toyota Tacoma.The truck rolled one and a quarter times..it is surely totalled..Insurance company is not in a big hurry to settle this,,..The Toyota was equipped to tow(tow hooks,driveline disconnect).It is frustrating waiting on ins co to make a move..DW and I are mostly OK,she still has a sore back and neck..Mycuts are healing.Fortunately Jaycee(pomeranian)was not with us..Also my ATV was in the back of the pickup,and it DID NOT fall out!!Thanks for listening OH ,the drunk was charged with DUI,misdemeanor!!!!!!He had no license,,truck borrowed,it had insurance..

Only the side curtains and those things are very handy..Saved us some injuries!!They deploy when the vehicle reaches a certain angle,they are waiting on you when the side hits the ground...

I would think that your insurance will make you 'whole' and that they will go after the drunk.

Glad that you both were OK. Did all of the airbags deploy on rollover?

On edit: I mis-read your post to say the 'offender' didn't have insurance but you said the truck he borrowed DID have insurance. It will be interesting to see how it turns out. Keep us posted.

Best news by far is you are all ok and your pet wasn't even in the vehicle at the time. Hopefully the rest of the details will get worked out with minimum rig ma roll.
