My Dad owned a Service Station from 1960 til 1990. Finally sold the property and it's now a parking lot. Why, because he could not make enough money to exist. No one want's it and are sure not willing to pay for it. And yes, we pumped the gas, cleaned the windows, gauged the tires, checked the water, oil and battery.
