Bilstein steering damper
To replace the original steering damper with a Bilstein will it mount same as the original on the e450 ?

I'd say if your goal is to reduce sway, the heavier sway bars should help the most. I found it to be the most beneficial of the modifications I did to my class C.
I think everyone reacts to the handling cues in a different manner though. Probably one tactic doesn't fit all.
