Bilstein steering damper
To replace the original steering damper with a Bilstein will it mount same as the original on the e450 ?

The Bilstein is pretty much a heavier duty stock replacement. It uses the stock mounting points and is, as such, non adjustable.
The Roadmaster, Blu-Ox, and Safe-T-Plus are adjustable, the Blu-Ox from inside the cab.
