bryce canyon

Need a recommendation for a full hook up campground for a 40 foot 4 slide class A in or close to Bryce Canyon. Thanks

Ruby's right at the entrance is your closest and best bet.

Best place to stay. Great people, nice grounds, EASY in and out with big rigs, lots to see and do around there. Only minutes from the entrance. We will go back.
  • Caution about Ruby's. If you get reservations there is a chance you'll be stuck in their overflow area. Which is behind the General store and is just horrible. The electric power was all over the place with voltage. They may have 20 spaces back there.

Our second visit, we stayed at Bryce Canyon Pines, about 6 miles from Ruby's. Like all the other campgrounds in the area it's a bit dusty, but it was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the stay in the pines.

Our next visit will be back to BCP or may try some of the boon docking in the area.

The new sites in the back even now have cable.
  • Stay at Ruby's and catch the tour bus for Bryce right in front. We did and didn't need to unhook our toad. We stayed in one of the new sites in back. No trees but good wifi.
