- NowWhere2Explorerwe have GS and had to use them twice on the same trip. First time was shortly after headin g out Saturday around 10am for a rear blown tire. Service was fast and pleasant.
Second time was on the way home, Sunday around 6pm. Service was terrible, we were stuck on the Interstate for about 5 hours before we got help and that was after i had to call back twice to complain.
i think it really depends on where and when you breakdown - kalynzooExplorerCoachNet HAS let me down, Good Sam hasn't had a chance to let me down yet.
It just depends on the contract service provider closest to your location. Both are call centers who will send out the cheapest service provider they can find near you...sometimes not so near you. A great provider will give you great service, a poor provider will give you reason to rant on all the social media sites. JMHO
Who is cheapest this week? An I hope you, I, we, never need to use their service as we will be traveling free from problems.
Happy Trails. - chiefneonExplorerHowdy!
I have had and had the need to use both Good Sam ERS and Coach Net. We will continue to use Coach Net as they have provided us with better service when needed.

I agree. Just make sure you have one or the other, I have Good Sam and have been very happy with them.:) - Blaster_ManExplorerIt's a Chevy/Ford/Dodge issue...all will work, all will have issues.
- Sully2ExplorerCoach Net...without a doubt
- DougEExplorerI tried Coach net for a couple of years and went back to AAA.
- creeperExplorerWe use coach net and have been VERY happy with them. Used them twice in one trip. The last tow was a $600 dollar tow bill, driver said sign here it's all paid for. We are definitely on the upside after paying all those years and not using the service.
- revumpExplorerCoach Net has not let me down ... GS left me stranded for 2 hours with no contact
- darsbenExplorer IIGo to the coachnet forum were people can complain about their bad experiences and then compare the two.
Oh wait you cannot complain at coachnet as you can here.
Well satisfied with GSRA but I do read the materials to understand the coverage.
It seems to me a lot of dissatisfaction is caused because people do not read their contract.
My advice pick one and run with it till it lets you down.
