CoachNet Tire/Wheel Protection insurance

I've tried since Aug 5 to get their Hazard Protect tire insurance. CN replied that a dealer would contact me. It hasn't happened! Does anyone know a dealer out there who can help me get this coverage?
We leave for a 5-month trip on the 7th. Thanks. Jim
