Dumping a black tank of MH that has macerating toilets

Drain outflow? The cap is a standard 3" cap with a male fitting that is for a standard garden hose. I believe it is designed for allowing the Gray Tank to be left open.

I purchased the campsite sewer adapter from Cleandump. It has a 3/4" adapter. So, I think I am asking... will gravity allow a macerated black tank to flow through a 3/4" hose.
