Been using a Flojet Macerator pump for three seasons with no problems. Done even have a 3" hose on board any more. I use 2 25' 3/4" black rubber hoses (as needed), a clear elbow, and a grey water adaptor.
Dump grey with the hose and adaptor. When dumping black, install the flojet, connect to hose and let it rip. Pumps my 38 gal tank in under 3 minutes. Will pump 6' of head when needed. I made up a PVC adaptor from hose thread to 3" PVC and then use a rubber donut to seal the sewer hookup. Nice and neat.
When done, coil hose and connect end to end... no drips/no odor.

There is also a similar unit that can be installed permanently.
