- pushtoy_2Exploreri just called discountvantruck.com
they have the power base for the c class e350
part number 113005 phone 800-884-3826 435.00$$ that is the compleat base all you need is to install it - LumptyExplorerI have the OEM power base on the stock E-Series driver’s seat, and it makes all the difference in legroom and overall comfort. Adds 1”+ in additional legroom via being able to move the bottom cushion up, adding thigh support too.
- ron_dittmerExplorer IIYou don't need to replace the seat, only the seat base from the generic front/back adjustable, to the 6-way power adjustable version which includes up/down. Just make sure the kit you buy includes the escutcheon plate with the switches and all to finish it right.
Camping World might offer the parts and installation service, but as with everything "RV service", be prepared to pay. If you are handy, you could do it yourself at a fraction of the cost. Buy the kit on-line much cheaper and install it yourself.
Lots of class C motor homes are equipped with 6-way power adjustable driver seats, including our rig. I love it because my wife and I are are very different, she is short with short legs, I am tall with long legs. I also am able to extend my driving times by adjusting the seat in different ways to switch it up for me. - pauldubExplorerIf you only want to adjust it once, consider adding spacers under the seat base.
- Chum_leeExplorerHow much $$$ do you want to spend? I'm sure a company like Recaro can help you with new OEM grade professional quality seats, but they won't be cheap.

If your E350 is not pre-wired for electric seats, that's another major issue. Check with your Ford dealer parts department to see if your year/model came with an electric seat option. If it did, there's good chance that the seat wiring is pre-existing in your E350. If the electric seat option exists, you can find what years/models use the same seats then check (cross reference) with salvage yards to find what you want. (used but cheaper in the long run) Be careful putting any old seat in there. E350 vans have some very tight dimensional requirements. Unless the seats you choose have been previously fit (and ALL the bugs worked out) in your specific vehicle, your chances of buying/installing something that doesn't fit exactly right are good. You'll probably hate that and chances are good that the places that sell you the used seats/hardware won't want to take them back without a return charge, . . . . if at all. Ask before you buy.
Chum lee - bobndotExplorer III think some 'c' owners have used this site 'discountvantruck'. I would make sure the center of the new base will allow the left part of the seat to fit w/o rubbing on the drivers door jam. Measure the center of the seat to the door. Some seats are wider than others.

Some 'c' owners have had good results using Flexsteel motorhome seats as well.
https://www.flexsteel.com/for-recreation/motor-home/bucket-seats - mleekampExplorerAnother place is coachsupplydirect.com.
- mleekampExplorerOne place to look is Camping World catalog or online. We picked up a driver's seat for our C -- looked and felt the exact same as what we already had -- but with height adjustment (I think it's an 8 way). I wanted the seat to be lower and it helped.
The class C Ford chassis don't use Ford seats -- they use RV seats -- so they are different. - DrewEExplorer IITry calling a commercial truck seat place. Superior seats appears to be one with a pretty good reputation (superior-seats.com), although I have no personal experience one way or the other. They should be able to set you up with appropriate bases, adapter plates, seats, etc., including air suspension seats if you want that (comfy but not inexpensive).
It's not terribly tricky to adapt over-the-road truck seats for a van chassis since they both typically have a basically flat floor. - Hank85713Explorermaybe see if at a wrecking yard you can find something from a late model pickup or suv and get the electric base to measure if it will interchange and then check to see if the seat will attach to the frame. I did this with my ranger and got electric seats from an explorer. Wife wanted electric so did the seat replacement to the explorer change and it all fit.
fitment to the floor is most important, the frame can be modified to accept the seat. Other option is try and find a van with electric seats. I want the same thing s I dont care for our seats but cannot find any info on which might interchange. We have the whatever steel seats and basically they suck. The only rv I saw with electric seats was by jayco in their melbourne from a few years back.
Let us know if you get this figured out. I asked ford via cust service and never got a reply!
