Nadia, I also thought that it was the law to have an emergency exit in the bedroom. I would call Tiffin to see why you don't have one.
There is a chance maybe they put two regular windows and missed the required emergency window. Either way, I would find a way to make one of them an emergency window.
I saw an ad that Amercian Coach offers a new 'exit' option. There is a door in the bedroom where steps can be dropped down for a normal exit. Looked good in the ad, I would like to see it in person as the picture was only showing the outside. It might be the new wave!
