In our area clean-outs in the line to the sewage system are pretty standard. I make the final dump at trip's end from my driveway parking spot to the clean out at the far front side of my lawn.
My macerator is permanently installed.
I use it all the time. I also have an end with standard 3" connection that I can attach if the pump fails. Works like a charm.
