External Septic Tank

You can install a two chamber septic tank near your RV pad. Install a typical drain ( like you hook up to at a park) and run the drain line to the tank. You can install a duplex pump system in the second chamber of the tank. When set up, the pumps will alternate and pump the effluent up to a new distribution box, and then to your leach lines. Or you can put in another system similar to what you have in the basement, and pump it all up to the existing septic tank. All of which requires permits from the local jurisdiction.

In the basement of our house, it pumped the septic out of the basement and into our house septic system. Our septic system is a long way from the rv pad. Right now, we have to drive about 8 miles to dump our tanks

Are you pumping the whole thing, or just the effluent? I would not grind the solids and then put it all into a septic tank. I would first attempt to utilize what is existing. If not, a new septic tank and separate effluent pump would work.

when you approach the various utilities, remember you are putting in an additional "clean out".

I built something like THIS about 10 years ago. I have pumped 6' uphill for 100' thru a 3/4" hose.

Why not just pump it directly from your existing RV holding tank to the septic tank? A macerator pump would likely handle the job within a reasonable distance and rise. You could even bury a hard line rather than running a hose.
