when we were there....we weren't necessarily the "lowest rent" in the park but we were far from the fanciest ....we're always clean and shiny (save for the love bugs we massacred).
everyone in the park was friendly - campers & staff included. folks were walking their dogs, picking up after them, talking to each other...the atmosphere was great ! More than one person (in a 1/2 million dollar + coach) came over to talk to us about our coach...some even sat down for a beverage and a chat.
One couple, from Australia, was in a rental & had problems...we loan 'em tools and gave 'em a hand, we had no issue with anyone and everyone was polite and courteous (which we could say that for some state/public parks).
