i think you'll be pleasantly surprised - its a VERY VERY nice facility.
there are no trash cans at the sites....when you're trash bag is full you put it by your lamp post (at the curb) and w/in a few minutes someone comes by on a golf cart and picks up the bag of trash.
the staff is a VERY attentive bunch, polite, helpful and friendly.
it might be helpful to know that there is a high volume ice machine, over by the pool....kinda hidden behind the grill outside bar building - so no need to buy ice if you need it.
