When you replaced the filter did you bleed all the air out? Also when you press the start button on the control box you should see the start/stop solenoid engage and pull a lever back on the injector pump. First off make shure there is not any air in the system.here's how to bleed it. Loosen the bleed screw on the top of the filter/then unplug the spade terminal on the fuel pump connect a hot wire to it. You should hear the pump running. Tick/tick&fuel should come out the bleed screw. Tighten it down&unplug the pump and re-connect the terminal. She should start.
