If it ain't broke, don't fix it. You can spend lots of un-needed dollars on things just trying to "make them new"...As long as you keep up regular maintenance, the thing will give you years and years of trouble free service. I just went through mine and spent a lot of money on it, but only because I plan on keeping it for a while, and the things I replaced didn't work. The roof and dash a/c were two of those items, the carpet was another. It smelled bad and was filthy. I tore it all out and gave the old girl new carpet and vinyl flooring. Looks and smells great inside, and only cost me a few hundred bucks and a few weeks of my time. I love this motorhome...
