That is what I thought when I first talked to my dad and he was being denied coverage. He is 70 years old, and English isn't his first language, although his English is very good. I thought he misunderstood or didn't explain things correctly. My brother and I were in my car together when we were talking to coach net, and got the exact story my father told me. We can't believe it either. Coach Net is saying he should have GoodSam as part of his purchase. He called GoodSam, but they don't have a record of him yet. The dealer says they will try to get it straightened out tomorrow. So basically, he should have double coverage right now, but Coach Net is denying him.
I had the pressure wrong. The dealer set the front at 125psi right before my dad left. Definitely not low. He is freaking out a little about future blow outs, since a new Michelin at correct pressure can blow with no warning....
