Is it possible that your Dad was looking for something other than a simple tire replacement/repair or tow to the nearest repair facility? Coachnet like most roadside service providers contracts with various folks to provide services, and it may be that the "closest" person that could provide assistance was NOT a Camping World.
I bring this up because the only explanation that makes any sense to me is that since the rig was newly purchased from CW, your Dad may have called Coachnet and insisted on the rig being returned to its place of origin- now some miles away.
I can't think of any other scenario wherein assistance with a simple flat tire could have been "denied", assuming of course a current membership in good standing and covering the new rig.
