Getting screwed by CoachNet

I broke a tire valve stem on a brand new motorhome this spring. I called Coach Net, and when the "tower" called me in less than 20 minutes, they told me they were bringing a tire with them just in case I damaged the tire. Since the motorhome was parked when it happened I didn't need it, but that impressed me. I was told that my coverage covered towing, but I would have to pay labor to repair the valve stem. Cost me $35 for the repair and I was ready to go in just over an hour. I was happy.

I'm sorry about the original poster's Dad. I can imagine that his response from Coach Net was very upsetting to him. I know I would be upset, at least!!
