Gluing windows

I don't think Glass Glue will work because it requirements from it site, quote (Gap filling applications (parts must be close mating with no gaps or voids)). It maybe close fit but it I cannot see how you can get all the voids and gaps filled. The opening in the aluminum is above the glass and it will run down on the glass and not fill the void. I am going to look into auto glass sealant first. Thanks
