Good Sams or FMCA Road side Assistance

In almost 4 million miles driving I have never needed roadside assistance. At 1 Cent/mile that's 40K. I have changed my own fuel filters along the road a time or 2. Raise your hands, how many ever used it?

My coach is on a Spartan frame and came with Coach Net for the first three years. Had two overheating problems in the middle of nowhere West Texas and had to get back to Cummings service center in El Paso both times. Cummings had a bad setting on engine computer that makes the fan come on at the proper temperature. Long distances involved and Coach Net did a great job on both occasions. I'm still with them and will stay with them until "it" freezes over or Coach Net steps on their pancho liner.

Thanks for all the help I think I will go with Coach Net and drop Good Sams. Planning a two week spring break trip to Naples and the Keys the end of this month . My only concern is will I get my new cards in time.

We have CN and have had good and bad service with them.....BUT, the TROUBLE with FMCA is that under the new LEADERSHIP....benefits seem to come and go.....OR change providers.....I,for one, am a little skeptical of using any benefits offered from FMCA any longer...Chuck

Never had anything but Good Sam----used twice, once a flat on my DP and the other time my F-350 was dead in the garage and they came and towed it to the repair facility I had chosen. Pulled it right out of my garage! Good Sam towed my friend down I-81 from near PA border to Cummins in Winchester VA---truck and trailer.....Seems pretty good to me.

Have GS and CN. Had been happy for over a decade with CN, used once years ago. CN left us stranded recently, so I think something has changed. May drop them at renewal.

CoachNet left me stranded, I now have Good Sam. I probably depends on where you are when you need assistance...do you feel luck.

It is hard to find a company that is better then Coach-Net.

Presently use Good Sam. Over 25 years have used them twice. Both times went well. Have also used coach Net. Had no claims with them. They boosted their prices at a time when Good Sam was offering some discounts, so back to Good Sam. They both have to use pretty much the same businesses around the country for their service.

Coach net has never let us down.
