HD View 360 Antenna System

We have a HD antenna model HDMS9100 that is giving us a ER code, we have check what the manual says to do but we still get the code. It started out that the antenna would not turn are pick up any stations and was stuck on 7, I unplugged it and plugged it back in and that's when we got the ER code. The unit has power but will do nothing.

    Model number and can it be hook up with the existing wiring!

    Not at home. Call Tiffin and they will tell you the current brand/model. You use the existing Coax and control wires. If you take the old apart you wiull probably find it is rusted out from water intrusion. Doug

    Problem: LCD displays Er

    Possible Causes:
    The position feedback wire (black) is not connected.
    The coaxial cable is not connected.
    The 3 control wires (red, black, blue) are reversed.

    Possible Solutions:
    Connect the wire*
    Connect the cable*
    Correct the wire connection*


    * The receiver should be power reset after fixing the wire connection.
