- bullydogs1ExplorerSpent some time in Middlebury with my Entegra...great people to work with
Don't I know it...the best by far as support, customer service and people...I went to their Summerfest and my wife and I had a great time and caught up with some people we have met in the past..
I understand that all the former Monaco/HR support team that was based in Oregon that knew these coaches are gone and that all support comes from Decatur now..and while they may have records, they don't have the in depth knowledge of the builds themselves. - TripalotExplorerI guess we were lucky - our 2007 HR Admiral Special Edition had a full wall slide. We spent over 500 nights in that unit with not a single issue with the full wall slide.
Maybe the older units were built with more care ? ? ? - mccsixExplorerSpent some time in Middlebury with my Entegra...great people to work with.
- bullydogs1ExplorerI'd call support myself....they should be able to tell you who made the mechanism (ie,Lippert, HWH etc) and then I would get that info to the dealer...do not rely on the dealer to do the right thing...do it yourself and if necessary have that support send you via email specs, etc and give to dealer personally...the fact that REV would let a dealer sell their product without proof of that dealer's training to handle it gives me pause...

I have a 2016 HR Endevor with the full wall slide, in and out dozens of times with no issue. Seems there is a lot of discussion at campsites about full wall slides but I don't think there are any more issues with these slides than any other slides as far as known issues.
While shopping for a used class A we went to all the giant dealers in the Orlando through Ft. Myers area, and looked at hundreds of rigs. I stopped even bothering to walk into anything with a full wall slide, since it was common to see unacceptable damage inside. Everything from trim ripped off the slide edges, to gouges in the floor (and even a ceiling or two, believe it or not) obvious water stains, and structural issues, like laughably sagging slide headers.. So, I'm obviously not of the belief that they are no less of an issue than smaller slides. - georgelesleyExplorerWe have had many similiar issues, take it to the factory. Dealer techs simply do not get enough practice, the factory knows best. Period.

Have you heard the one about...
"they are made with pride by the Amish"
Amish probably make up just 1% of the RV makers work force. AND, the only real Amish that build RV's are located in the Middlebury, Indiana area.
