Holiday Rambler full wall slide issues

Have a 2017 Holiday Rambler Endeavor XE with a full wall slide. Front drive motor did not engage and slide jammed at an angle. At Dealer for repairs but seems they are having issues with the repair. Anyone have problems with HR full wall slides?
