How to clean roof (can't get on it) ??

Class A DP. Rubber roof (known as Brite Tek which I believe is TPO type product). Long story short, I can get on a ladder and get to top of MH (rinse with hose) but unable to actually get on top of motorhome (personal physical issue).

I don't want to pay CW $300 or $400 to clean the roof. It's not in too bad of a shape, dirty wise. Any products or suggestions for being able to spray something on it, rinse it off, and get a cleaner roof??

I know it's not as good as scrubbing but under the circumstances I'd settle for a half-a$$ed job. :) Kind of like paying good money and then getting a poor job of cleaning.

I wouldn't mind a poor job if I didn't have to pay good money for it. :)

Anyway, any suggestions and comments would be appreciated.

  • Look around for a self serve truck wash. Or even a self serve RV wash. They will often have catwalks along the side with nice easy stairs to get up on and a railing so you don't fall off. I don't have one near me or I'd use it, but I've seen them around.
  • A little bit of dirt doesn't hurt these roofs. I'd just spray a little water on it, dip a long handled brush (with SOFT bristles) in a bucket of cleaner (I prefer simple green) and give it a light scrubbing from the ladder.
  • Many parks have people who come and wash RVs. I see you are from Portland, they must have many who do mobile detail and could come to your home.
