How to repair torn RV covers
Has anyone out here repaired a torn RV cover? I have a one year old Elements RV cover and found a tear L shaped 24" by 24" and because it is almost new would hope I can patch it and get a few more years out of it Thanks

- I have used this to repair torn fabric. I don't see ant reason why it wouldn't work with that.

Elements is now challenging Adco for their top spot in covers. Adco has been giving one new cover under warranty when theirs tears. Once yo receive the new cover, the warranty is over. So basically two for one. My neighbor just went through this with Adco.
- I found some patchs that came with the cover and used them and some duct tape and it worked good. thanks everyone.

Or...buy an industrial sewing machine and learn how to sew! - I ordered ADCO sticky patches. I cut to size and then sewed them around the edges and across the tear using heavy duty nylon thread and an upholstery needle. I am on the third year in the Midwest after repairs. Not pretty, even Frankenstienish, but it works. I also pad the sharp areas using water noodles cut to size.
