Take a broom and move the level sensor under your Rv. Mine is located about center. On the last page of your manual. Mine got stuck with slush one time and cause all sort of issue. I put a deflector in front of it so maybe it would not happen again.
I don't believe we have that type of sensor
our 2000 coach has a sensor under the sink

our system will start when the HYD button is hit twice.
it will run until all air pressure is gone. ( it is supposed to stop when the pressure is 45 pounds)
when the all pressure is depleted the pump will not start
all the keypad buttons are active, you can hear the selenoids working when the buttons are pushed.
all cylinders are fully retracted (up)
all red lights are out, they usually light as soon as each cylinders start to extend
The HWH folks are useless they tell you there is a trouble call in,,but they never call
