- My feed for jacks comes out of the battery control center on the chassis switched portion. I also have a control box fuse in the display panel which I did not see on the HWH Winnebago drawing.
- DachristianmanExplorerI loosened a t-handle, turned the system on and pushed the up arrow to extend the jacks. The pump ran and one of the jacks began to extend and the whole system went off. Now the power light won't light up on the panel. I must have blown a fuse. I checked the 40-amp fuse and it's still good, so now I'm searching for whatever fuse controls the panel.
Tom - Check the connector on the control panel to insure it is fully engaged.
- DachristianmanExplorerThanks for the thorough response. I'll open one of those t-handles and run the pump and see what happens and report back.

When looking at the diagrams, it appears that if the slide goes out but the jacks won't go down, it can only be the shuttle valve. I could be wrong, but that appears to be the only thing different between the jacks and the slide. Can anyone confirm?
Tom
Shuttle valve only fails on retract. You and others are mistaken when you think there is a correlation between the slides operating and the Jacks operating. ALL you are confirming with the slide operation is that the pump does run and is putting out 3000 psi. Even tho they use the same reservoir and pump, the slide system IS separate from the operation of the jacks. The controls for the jack solenoids and level function are not part of the Slide system. At this point, you need to open just 1 of the jack solenoid manual retract nuts on the end of the solenoid and then activate the pump. IF one of the jacks extends then you have a electrical problem to the solenoids OR all 4 solenoids have burnt out. What would cause all 4 solenoids to burn out? On a 300 series system if one or more of the jacks failed to fully retract and you left the system in retract for more than 15 minutes, that will burn out all 4 solenoids. The Jack solenoids are not built for continuous duty and too long having 12 volt power to them will burn them out. This is not likely, but you seem to have a failure of all 4 jacks. That is why, before you go any further, you open those manual solenoid nuts. You can open all 4 and when you activate the pump all 4 will go down, slowly but they will move. Your year should have the Plexiglas control board mounted on the pump. If you go to HWH and look at the service manual for the 300 series it will show you what each LED light on the board means and what a LED NOT lit means. There are numerous Mini ATC fuses on the board and multiple quick connects on the outside of the housing. Make sure all are snug and tight. Doug- DachristianmanExplorerI have the 301 series.

Tom - Canadian_RainbiExplorerIf they are the same HWH as I have in our 2002, you have to keep the extend button depressed until level.
Again, which HWH system do you have? - fivejackieExplorerIs your emergency brake on? If so, It might be a bad switch on the emergency brake.

Display panel lights up showing my front being low (which it is). I push the up button, and the "jacks extended" light on the dash comes on, but then goes out as soon as I let off the button. If I push any of the "up" buttons, nothing happens, motor doesn't run. Only when I push the down buttons does the motor(s) run. I'll check out the Technical Manual link in the post above.
Tom
That is because your jacks are spring return. Pushing the "up" button merely opens a (solenoid) valve allowing the fluid to return to the tank as the springs are pulling the jacks up. There should be no motor running in the "up" position. - GjacExplorer IIIWhich system do you have? Does it have the joystick(200 series) or just push buttons?
