HWH leveling jacks

We have a HWH model 310 system in our Damon Escaper, Model year 2000.
When we deploy the jacks on driver side, the rear one is not extending, the other 3 extend/ retract with no issues.
Going through the troubleshoot guide, we think that it might be a solenoid on the pump body. There's four of them,
Has anyone had similar issues, that could confirm of offer other possibilities.
Thanks for taking the time to offer up suggestions, solutions.

Hi to all, here the final update on our former jack problem.
The one jack that stop working all together ended up having a small corrosion spot on the blade of the fuse. after replacing the fuse, the jack started working.
We also had a dilemma with the front jack. That one had broke the weld to the frame mount.Evidently they at the factory/ dealer only tack welded the one jack bracket with 2 small stitch welds, about 2 inches long. Had a mobile welder come to the coach and re welded the bad one and did some minor welding on the other 3
    all is good.
    Thanks again for the responses

HWH requires that all jack frame mounts be bolted. CW and a lot of OEM's weld instead of bolting. To prevent such a problem. Doug

You can manually open that valve and then operate the pump. That lets you know fluid will flow thru the valve to the jack and you will know it is not a jack problem or hose. IF the jack operates with the solenoid open manually, then you either have a bad solenoid or the fuse for that solenoid is blown. The end valves are the rear and the 2 middle valves are the front. Just open both rear valves and then operate the pump and see if both jacks extend. Doug

Call HWH and talk to one of the techs. They will probably have you check the control unit for proper operation. It could be a fuse or one of the components there in the unit.
You might have to have them call you back, they are very busy and only a few of them are used for phone help.
    Good Luck,

Thank you Journey, I've heard that it's quite challenging to get a HWH tech on the phone, but will be giving it a go.
