Issue fueling 1994 Jayco Eagle on E350 chassis

Hello!
I’m having trouble fueling our new class C motor home! When fueling, the gas pump stops after every few cents. It seems that in warm weather it takes much longer and at some points it bubbles out of tank and spills out. It seems to be better in colder weather although I am not positive of this!
We recently had the fuel pump replaced. (The RV broke down and needed this to be replaced) We were hoping this might help the refueling issue too, but it hasn’t.
The engine is running strong now so it doesn’t seem to be a fuel delivery issue, just a refueling issue.
I’ve read that it could be related to the EVAP system or the filler hose neck. The neck and hose leading to the tank appears to be fine from what I can see underneath.
Any advice is appreciated!!

    I noticed this problem for the first time this month. It happened at two different ESSO gas stations using the same pumps. This pump is really sensitive to back pressure so it stops pumping when trying to fill reasonably quickly. No problem at other gas pumps. Maybe sensitivity has been set too high for some reason like spills.

    Sometimes rotating the pump nozzle 90 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise from vertical will make a difference.
    I had a similar issue with my 2002 Roadtrek, and it had to do with a lengthened and slightly more convoluted path for the fill pipe, from the fill port to the tank. They had to modify the stock fill pipe to reach the repositioned fuel tank, so they could mount the generator.
    Try it, next time you fill up.

    when they replaced the fuel pump they had to drop the tank so look at the fill tube and the breather tube

    Check for a vent line/pipe that follows the fill pipe under your mh, from tank to fill point. It may have a kink or crimp in it.

    when they replaced the fuel pump they didnt reconect the vent tube to the evap system.. make sure the fill tube is on a down ward slope too the tank and not kinked
