Itasca Suncruiser Ford V10-365 hp

We just fell in love with a Itasca suncruiser, 34'. 181K marked down to 139K.good?
1) is the ford V-10 good?
2)what mpg can i reasonably expect?
3) We will be in the south so would like to register it in Texas. good? bad? alternative?
I have a million qyestions but would like info from owners or from anybody with a class-A for that matter.

    What year-- there WERE improvements in the Ford chassis over the years.

    And, ASSUME the 181K down to 139K is price, not mileage.

    Can't answer the price, but it's a good engine, except for fuel economy. Where it isn't. Between 7 and 10 MPG, depending on speed, hills, etc.
