Keeping food from shifting

Glad to see you've already been out in the new rig! As you know, we have the res frig & the 378TS too. Here's what we do - which is several already listed already.
The shelves are lined with the same type matting you can use on the cabinets. If something spills, the mats are easily rinsed clean.
I've saved the 6pack bottle cartons & re-use them in the frig - put condiments or whatever will fit & use the carton to brace other items for travel.
I bought plastic baskets that I also use to keep items from toppling over. It also makes it easy to pull out when looking for something.
And DH is all about filling out any space on the door with cans of beer!
I had the frig bars left from our previous rig - they wouldn't work on the res frig - not wide enough. So I had to figure out other ways of securing the food.
I really like the frig - controlled temp - ice cream stays frozen; plenty of ice; & when we're gone for months at a time, we have plenty of room. And! When we visit New Mexico I have plenty of room for chiles!

This was the way we did it, too. We also had a container for all lunch fixins' so we just had to pull out the plastic container and everything was right there.

"Bubble Wrap" we use it in the kitchen cabinets ant the bathroom also.
And like some one said pack tightly on one shelf. Good luck! Just takes time.
Oh, took a brand new bottle of woshtishire sauce flying out of one of the cabinets.

I have a 65 quart electric fridge/cooler in the basement for that....120+ cans...thermostatically controlled (ac / dc switching)....

You bet me to it. Anyone with space in the frig, is not packing enough beer.

add me to the list - but then I'm not a full timer, nor do we sit for long.
we just went to CoTA (circuit of the americas) - for the MotoGP race....we packed food for 4 days and we STILL took a ton of food home w/ us.

Residential fridges were not meant to be in motion. Smaller RV fridges have built in bars and more dividers to help keep things in place
(can't wait to see the bashing I'm in for lol). When we had our 6 or 8 cf small RV fridge I was amazed at what it could hold. Why everyone needs a 21 cf fridge I'll never know??

we also use the CAMCO Refrigerator Bars -
the DOUBLE bars work well.
