You can do it either way. There's a few zillion RVs stored all over this planet on the tires, on the jacks, on both (as we do) and, as long as I've been on this and many other RV forums, I've NEVER seen proof that storing an RV on the tires or the Jacks, has any detrimental effects.
I store ours on the jacks and the tires mainly due to the fact that I like it level. It does take some of the load off the tires and the air bag system so, that's kind of a good thing to me. Some will say to put all kinds of things under the tires if they sit on concrete.
Well, that's kind of an old wives tale too. Again, there's never, EVER been any proof that storing them directly on concrete presents any danger to the tires. Again, zillions are parked on the street, concrete driveways, storage facilities, garages and more, all over the place and, the owners return to them and fire them up and take off on trips. Your choice.
