That's how I did it. I used a level in the fridge to establish what is level. Once I got the RV to that level point, I mounted a round bubble level right behind my driver seat (so I could see it without having to get out of the seat) showing the RV as level. Now, when my round bubble level shows level, I know the RV floor, bed, etc. may not be perfectly level, but the fridge is level.
