I primarily use my bathroom door to check level. When it doesn't move, I'm level. If not, I use a small bubble level placed on the kitchen counter. Front to back first, then diagonal at each corner to figure out which wheel to raise up. By the way, Tri-Levellers are my favorite levelers (You can find them here).
