Your list of defects is a lot longer than ours was for our 2004 Tioga. Our dealer kept our rig for weeks and didn't fix defects properly either. I got the impression that the dealer service department was overloaded with work and the few mechanics were not experienced/trained to fix factory assembly screw-ups. Every warranty fix required the dealer to contact somebody at the factory to evaluate and authorize the repair and reimburse the dealer. I also had the impression that the factory did not allocate enough funds to cover dealer warranty fixes and that Dealer service departments didn't get along well with factory personnel who authorized repairs and reimbursements. The new RV buyer suffers because of this which can really put a damper on the fun of buying a new rig, it is obvious that most average-quality RV's are assembled as rapidly as possible, by poorly trained assemblers, with inadequate in-process inspection and correction of defects, before delivery to the dealers.
