I have an '04 E350 Ford Super Duty (Trail Lite 213), and need to know the location of the 4-way flasher relay.

Is your Trailer/Toad Wiring Harness Shorted/Grounded/Pinched?
The mod above is for the Turn Signals. I doubt (but I'm not sure) that the Turn Flasher also serves Four-Way flashers.
