Michelin Tires

I have a 2007 40' Sports Coach Elite, and it is time for me to replace the rear tires. I have not been pleased with the wear the original Good Year tires had. I would like to know if any of you have tried Michelin tires and have you had good wear with them.

Thanks for any help you can give me.
  • My Michelin wore well but dry rotted and cracked in 4 years on the MH. They were orginal on the MH and do not know the build date. I bought another set because they are the only one that makes my size they were 3 months past the build date when I bought them. I paid less then $2900 for 6 total price at a local tire store. They are 22.5 rims.
  • I've had excellent service out of my Michelin tires. I just replaced all eight with a new set using the FMCA Michelin program. My original tires had date codes from 2006-4306 so they were about 7.5 yrs. old. I had 57,700 miles on them when I bought the new ones. The Tire center gave me $50 each for the take-off's. Total bill including installation, new stems and balance was about $6,100, (295/80R/22.5) XZA2 Energy.

I had such good luck with the first set that I decided to go with the same brand. I have now put almost 3,000 miles on the new set and everything is going fine.
