Monaco monarch questions

Looked at a 2008 Monaco monarch today which the DW loves. This one is on the ford chassis. I have been leaning towards Winnebagos but have been told Monaco makes a solid coach. This one does not have any manuals. Are they hard to find? As far as I can tell the roof is TPO, but not sure. Can anyone comment on the quality of the roof construction? And we will be spending some time in cold weatHer. Does anyone know if the basement is heated when the heater is on? Any Monarch owners care to comment on how their coach has held up?

    I like my 2013 Monaco Monarch. I have a fiber glass roof. Bought mine new. Some manuals were missing and down loaded off the internet. Call Coburg, OR and see if main manual is available. (541) 681-8011

    My basement is heated plus I have factory heater in wet bay and heat pads on tanks.
