We purchase our coach in August of 2013 and have had outstanding service from ARG, the new owners of Monaco & HR. They have great free phone support, see their website for the number. Arg has two facilities for service, One in Decatur, ID & the other in Coburg, OR. I have been to both & received excellent service.
There are a lot of Monaco, & sister brand, owners with lots of resources on the Web. For information and problem solving check out irv2.com forum as mentioned above and check out these 3 yahoo groups, they are very active with lots of great info.
