NOT TRUE. There is NO recall other than having the Recall kit installed IF your 1200 does not have it. IF it is determined that the existing recall failed for other than correct overheat failure, Norcold will replace the complete kit. One thing, you MUST replace the Thermocoupler and the Recall control box at the same time, NOT just the recall black box. Doug
