The PacBrake on our 04 Endeavor was easy to access from the inside. It will have a air line going to it. The air solenoid to activate it was nearby in our rig.
Ours locked up on one trip. Monaco authorized Cummins to fix it. The Medford Oregon shop had no idea how to test it which is when I learned it's not part of the Cummins engine. It is part of the design as it works together with the engine and tranny. After hooking up a voltmeter with wires to the front it never failed again so I never knew if it was electrical or mechanical.
