I'm not really sure what happened with that dealer, I guess that's between Tiffin and the dealer arrangement. My brother just purchased a Tiffin 2 months ago. We were on a trip to Asheville, NC, recently following each other and stopped at a campground for a night. This was his first trip in the new motorhome.
He went to put out one of his four slides and one wouldn't go out. It was getting late so he left a message on the Tiffin headquarters machine. At 7:30 AM the next morning, my brother's cell phone rings and the person asks for my brother by name, the voice then said "This is Bob Tiffin" and explained how my brother could fix the issue. The switch was defective but worked during the trip. Once back home, he picked up a new switch at the dealer and installed it himself.
Bob Tiffin returned a call..... I thought that was impressive.
