No power to ACC Relay on 04 Mandalay 40B

While raising the HWH 325 series jacks, they all of a sudden stopped going to the stored position. So I manually stored them so I could get the RV home. With this same system, the air went to the bags like they were suppose to. Now,the same kind of problem happend before, so I had the ACC relay changed with a see through top to make sure it was working and was delivering power(it had some corrosion). It worked for about 5 months. Now that same relay is actuating and the little green light will no longer light up. I changed this relay with the ignition relay (same relay) and the problem did not move. So now I know it is on the ACC side. So, where to go from here? Any suggestions?
  • sdpadrefan.....Often electrical issues like this are the result of a bad ground, especially since you had corrosion on the relay once before. Just to make sure, I would go out and connect another ground to the HWH unit with a small jumper cable and see if the issue still exists.

I remembered reading somewhere where the mounting points on the HWH unit corroded and loss ground.
  • Does anyone have the wiring diagram for the 04 Mandalay 40B, the RV side?
  • All the fuses by the HWH Unit have been all checked with a multimeter. They are all good. There is a fuse on the back of the control panel in the RV by the driver and it checked good with a multimeter. Now there is a panel behind the instruments that has fuses and relays. The ACC relay on the panel lights up, the relay actuates but the light on the relay that shows power does not light up. The ignition system works fine. I do have a picture expalining this but I cant figure out how to uplaod it here. If anyone has any ideas and would like to help me out, I can email it to you. Thanks for everyones help
  • Check inside or close to, for an inline fuse holder inside the HWH control box. My control box had a fuse on the external panel.
  • I have done all of the troubleshooting for the HWH and I am almost sure that it is on the RV side. I checked the ignition switch and all of the ACC items work. The driver and pass fan, blower, etc. I think its just missing more volts or amps from somewhere else. Thanks for the reply... Anything else?
  • There is a HWH control board under the key pad on mine.
Might remove the key pad and see if you have the same.
Had to replace my board once when things did not work right.
Also might call HWH for suggestions.

How about the ignition switch itself?

Best I can do at the moment.
