First, I would talk with Winnebago in Forest City. Then contact Dave at CDI in Forest City. They are the paint contractor for Winnebago in Forest City. By an estimate from a private company, CDI did about $2000 worth of repainting and clear coat repair on my Journey. Winnebago and CDI have a known issue with clear coat peeling.
