Perplexed by Newmar
My wiper motor failed on my last trip (2 yrs old!?!). Was able to figure out how to disable that to get the old motor off. Quite and ordeal in itself. Spent the weekend looking for the part on line...

If Newmar will provide the part without an unreasonable markup then their policy is a plus. The bane of the RV business for customers is the OEM game. Many MH manufacturers don't even try to stock parts and just push you off to the OEMs. I always feel like I have the weak end of the stick when that happens.
