Sounds like you converter or inverter has failed(charger section on whichever one you have for charging batteries)..therefore batteries are not being recharged UNTIL you run engine.....then they get a charge and 12V DC system works
Everything you mentioned not working requires 12V DC...even if you have an inverter cause it draws from battery
